Meijendel near The Hague: woodland, dunes and open sea

Meijendel brings woodland, dunes and beach together close to The Hague. On this visit, the variety of the landscape kept offering new subjects within a single walk.

Trees, grasses and water created intimate scenes inland. Further through the reserve, the dunes opened up and the surroundings became more exposed.

Reaching the broad beach at the end of the walk provided a complete change of scale. This collection follows that progression, from enclosed woodland details to the open sea.
